Autonox24 robots are efficient and independent from the point of view of control. This means that they can be managed by any external controller. The protagonist of the two demonstration machines on display at the stand by Technology BSA will be the 5-axis Delta robot.
The two demonstration machines present innovative solutions dedicated to companies in the sector. The movement of the machines is attributed to Rockwell Automation branded motors, while the transport system, always proposed by this undisputed market leader, is based on independent trolleys, characterized by speed and precision of movement. The choice of Magnemotion, in fact, is a step forward compared to traditional conveyors with belt and chain. The “pick and place” role, on the other hand, belongs to the DCM-Autonox24 Delta robot. Its strong point is found in the fifth axis, as it allows the tilting movement of the head. The vision and traceability system is instead entrusted to the Omron brand thanks to the high resolution of the cameras and the precise transfer of images and data.
