INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRIVACY

Information in accordance with Articles 4, n. 7) and 24 European Regulation 2016/679

As Holder – in accordance with Articles 4, n. 7) and 24 EU Regulation, “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter “Regulation” or “applicable Privacy Regulation” – of the treatment of personal data collected and transferred through this institutional Website, the Technology BSA S.p.A. Company. with registered office in Via Lungo Serio, 17 – 24050 Grassobbio (BG), Italy, (hereinafter the “Company”) is pleased to activate your service of newsletter. The Data are acquired directly from You. The subscription to the newsletter is completed after filing the related form and through the following confirmation in the email automatically sent to the user of the system. The personal data collected include your biographical data (name and surname) and your e-mail address (collectively, the “Data”). The Company informs that it will proceed to the treatment of your data, performed manually and/or with the support of electronic or telematics means, for the following purposes: 1. Reception of promotional newsletters and brochures concerning Technology BSA S.p.a.

The Data are acquired and processed by the Company according to your consent, under the terms of Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Regulation. The data transfer is not mandatory and neither your consent is, yet, in absence of them, the Company will be unable to proceed with the above-mentioned activities. Anyway, even in case of your consent to authorize the Company to achieve the purposes mentioned, you will be free to withdraw it at any moment.

As provided for by Art. 21 of the Regulation, we inform you specifically and separately that you have the right to oppose at any moment to the treatment of your personal data performed for those purposes. In case of opposition to the treatment, your Data can no longer be object of processing for those purposes.

The Company guarantees that your Data will be processed by using appropriate safety measures for the prevention of risks and in accordance to the fulfilment provided for by the Regulation. Your Data will not be disclosed in any way but they could be transferred by the Company to any further third subject when the communication is legally mandatory, including the scope of repression/prevention of any illicit activity.

Moreover, the Company can transfer the Data, only for the above-mentioned purposes, to third subjects duly designed as Managers of the treatment according to Art. 28 of the Regulation. Besides, the Data can be transferred to any other subject in case their disclosure were mandatory in force of the law. In the end, the Data can be disclosed to persons specifically authorised to the processing by the Company (e.g. personnel of the Marketing management, System Administrators, etc.). Specific instructions about that will be given to those subjects.

The Data collected are not transferred to Companies or other organizations outside the E.U territory.

You can exercise against the company the rights indicated at articles 15 and following of the GDPR applicable to you, including the right to request at any moment to the Holder the access to the data, their rectification or cancellation or the limitation of their treatment as well as to make opposition to their treatment. We remind you that you can also oppose complaint the Privacy Authority for the personal data protection or to other competent supervisory authority.

Any request concerning the Data processed by the Holder of the treatment can be forwarded to the subject appointed by Technology BSA S.p.A., by sending a mail to the following address privacy@techbsa.com.
