The DataMan® 475VS verifier series offers more robust grading algorithms,
diagnostic tools, and reporting options than any other offline verifier on the
market. The adjustable height stand and built-in software focusing feature
provides users with an easy, fast, and accurate way to present labels and parts.
Parts and labels of different sizes and shapes can be quickly positioned under the verifier using the focus feedback tool built into the software. The intuitive visuals quickly display which direction to adjust the height of the stand to ensure the camera is properly focused with every part change.
The ISO-compliant, multi-quadrant lighting options ensure codes are properly
illuminated for the best results possible. The calibration card, which is included
in the verifier kits, and powerful Cognex algorithms ensure that the DataMan
475VS not only conforms to industry standards but also provides accurate and
repeatable results.
Included with the product ID:
DM475VS-LBL verifier "S" model, adjustable height stand, LBL model mounting bracket, power supply that connects to directly to the unit and wall outlet for US and EU plugs (DMV-PS-01) adapter cable between power supply and unitand basic calibration card (DMV-CCC) are included.
"S" version models haveatrigging speed meant foroffline verification.
